Shipping Policy for ChicSelect

Processing Time:

At ChicSelect, we strive to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days to ship  after the order is placed. Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered as business days. Once your order is processed, it will be arrive within 8 to 10 business days, from the date of purchase.

Order Confirmation:
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is successfully placed. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Shipping Times:
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Exclude  weekends or holidays.

Once your order is processed, delivery typically takes 8 to 10 business days, depending on your location.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow the progress of your delivery.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout 9.99 f0r order less than $150 and the shipping method selected. Free shipping offers may apply depending on promotions.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes:
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address during checkout.

Lost or Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged or if you believe your package is lost, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in resolving the issue as quick  as possible.
